Undergraduate students with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and junior or senior status may be approved to take up to fifteen graduate credits in fulfillment of undergraduate degree requirements. Students must seek approval from the dean of the school in which the graduate program resides, as well as the registrar's office. Students seeking approval for courses in the Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program are required to apply for admission into the program as part of the course approval process.
In order for graduate courses to fulfill requirements in a graduate degree program, students must meet the course grade requirement for that program. With the exception of the MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, approval to take graduate courses does not guarantee acceptance into the corresponding graduate program upon completion of an undergraduate degree.
