Students who major in Worship Ministry or minor in Music must maintain a professional standard of continued training in an instrument or voice to remain in good academic standing.  While Cornerstone University will not facilitate these trainings, such lessons must be reported to the Director of Music Programs each semester of a student's enrollment in the aforementioned programs and reporting must be continued until all coursework in the major or minor completed.

Students who do not participate in continued training through lessons each semester will be ineligible to complete the Worship Ministry major or Music minor.  The director will certify each student to the Registrar as eligible for continued enrollment in a Cornerstone music-based program at least once per year.  The director has the authority to dismiss students from music courses, in cooperation with the Registrar's Office, for non-compliance to this policy.
